Ordering & Pick ups

All our products are delivered across Malta and Gozo.

Yes you can just highlight the ‘Pick Up’ option on the order.

The site is strictly B2C, therefore all BigMat Pro account holders need to purchase by visiting the BigMat Pro store in Ta’ Qali.

Yes, we will assist you to install the template if needed

We try and keep the website as updated as possible and therefore most of the items featured on the site are items we have in stock.

All our bulky products come flat packed. Should you need installation for the purchased product/s, kindly highlight to our customer care representative when contacted for delivery. An installation fee will be charged on delivery.

Store & Opening Hours

Yes our store is open from Monday to Sunday. Opening times may change according to particular period so please check the Contact us section for info.

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, please visit our BigMat store in Ta’ Qali, we’ll review the item and we’ll replace or exchange accordingly.
